Questions from families

How do you place a swimmer?

Book a placement visit. The swimmer spends a short time in the water with an instructor, who watches how they move and suggests a level and a class time.

How long is a class?

Forty-five minutes in the children's levels and sixty in the adult levels.

What should the swimmer bring?

A swim shirt or swimsuit, the swim cap for their level, goggles, a towel and sandals.

Where do I wait during class?

On the bench or at the edge of the pool. An adult from the family stays while children have class.

Are classes taught in Spanish?

Yes. The whole team teaches in Spanish. Leocadia, Eduviges and Yaziel also teach in English, and we also answer in English by message.

Are there adult classes?

Yes, two levels: water comfort and strokes, with purple and teal caps.

Does the swimmer need to know how to swim to start?

No. The first level is for beginners, and the placement visit finds the level that fits.

What if the swimmer misses a class?

Tell us on WhatsApp before 2:00 p.m. the same day and they make up the class at another time for their level, within the same session.

Which pool suits me best?

On Mondays and Wednesdays we teach in Clint, on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Socorro and on Saturdays in San Elizario. Choose the day that suits you.

What does it cost?

We give you the figure by message or at the placement visit. We are glad to explain how it is worked out.
