How tuition works
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on the session, the level and how many classes a week the swimmer takes. Each class is 45 minutes, and 60 in the adult levels. We give you the figure by message or at the placement visit, before you decide.
Registration
Registration is paid once a season for the family, not for each child. We do it at the placement visit or on WhatsApp.
Holding a place
Your place is held when you choose a time and pay the first part of tuition. If the group is full, we put you on the waitlist and message you as soon as there is room.
How you pay
Tuition for each session is paid in full or in two parts: the first when you book and the second halfway through the session. We take cash and cards.
Help with tuition
If paying for the session is hard, talk to Leocadia, the director, before it starts. We can agree on a longer payment plan, and we talk about it in private.
Siblings
When two or more siblings take classes in the same session, the director explains when you book how places and times work for your family.
Missed classes and make-ups
If a swimmer misses a class and tells us on WhatsApp before 2:00 p.m. the same day, they can make it up at another time for their level within the same session. If a pool closes, we make the class up.
Cap, swim shirt and other costs
The family buys the swim cap for each level. Each swimmer brings a swim shirt, goggles and a towel.
